many people asked for more food products this year I am still trying to figure some of this out. The Village Church gives hams & chickens out in their Christmas food boxes but people needed more.
Canned: tuna, meats, chicken, stew, chili, beans, spam, & Vienna sausages, peanut butter; dog & cat food/ treats

Small personal care items may be available from hotels, motels, & dentists: consider asking them for donations or for a reduced price on a box of samples. Best Bets: for shopping are CostCo for diapers all sizes, baby wipes, toilet paper (prefer individually wrapped & kleenex). The big boxes have multiple packs inside.
Walmart, Target and Dollar Store for potions lotions, shampoos and household cleansers and feminine hygiene. The Grocery Outlet for canned food

WTF Blogger

Sorry troops for the implied obscenity but I have been trying to get into this blog for 3 hours and nothing would work, neither is gmail, neither is metropcs. I am so frustrated.Nobody is reading this thing anyway are you?

So I just picked up the applications for WWW and I need more donors and donations.  We have at first account 632 people, 145 applicants and 56 kids in diapers.  We need more socks, toothbrushes, and everything else on the wish list.  More, we need more prayers are good too. The best actually so if you can't donate then please pray.  Thank you.

Help make this the best Tahoe Christmas ever for lots of needy people

A Warmer Winter

oooh snot sicles are no fun. If you are new to the area or have just worn out your old thermies, stop by the North Tahoe Event Center 8318 N. Lake Blvd, Kings Beach, CA on December 19th between 2 & 6 P.m. and get something newer and hopefully warmer for you and your kids. If you can please pre register. Get a form from the North  Tahoe Family Resource Center, or the Event Center. Fill the forms out and return the bottom half. It helps us know how to shop. Forms can be found at Cornerstone Church and St. Patrick's both in Incline Village.

We will serve soup and sandwiches while you wait. (the line can get long but moves quickly).
Clothes and household necessities make for a Merry Christmas. Join us.
